This policy explains what information MTS Tour and Travels collects when you use our website, WhatsApp or phone line to enquire about or book a cab, hotel or tour package, and how that information is used.

When you make a booking request, we typically collect:

- Trip details — pickup and drop locations, travel dates, passenger count and vehicle preference
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or through the website's trip request form
What we don't collect
We don't ask for or store full payment card numbers, bank passwords, or government ID numbers through our website or WhatsApp. Where a booking requires an advance payment, this is handled through UPI, bank transfer or a payment link outside our own systems.
How we use your information
Information you share with us is used to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide a fare or package quote
- Confirm and coordinate a booking with the driver or hotel partner involved
- Send trip-related updates — pickup time changes, driver details, booking confirmations
- Improve our routes, vehicles and service based on how trips actually go
WhatsApp and phone communication
Most of our booking conversations happen over WhatsApp Business. Messages sent this way are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which governs how the platform itself handles message data. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with you about your enquiry or booking — not for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and website data
Our website may use basic cookies to remember preferences and understand how the site is used, so we can fix broken pages and improve the booking flow. We do not use these cookies to build advertising profiles or share browsing data with ad networks.
Sharing your information
We share the minimum information needed with the driver or hotel partner assigned to your trip — typically your name, phone number and trip details — so the booking can actually be fulfilled. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep booking-related information for as long as needed to provide support for that trip and to meet any accounting or legal record-keeping requirements, after which it's deleted or anonymised.
